Roman started Fernvay on a simple conviction: small businesses deserve the same systems and efficiency advantages large companies take for granted — without the enterprise price tag.
He brings 15+ years of helping businesses grow: building market intelligence programs, developing new business for industrial companies, and expanding a luxury brand across Asia and Latin America. He holds an Executive MBA from Ohio State's Fisher College of Business and an Electrical Engineering degree from Lehigh — a career built at the intersection of strategy, sales, and execution.
When he's not building automation systems for clients, he's probably testing the next tool that makes the ones he already built even better.
